On the material day, our activities are tailor made to suit the above findings and address each issue to the best of our ability whilst making sure the day is fun filled. We prepare a detailed itinerary for the day and make sure you have enough facilitators. The group is divided into sub groups that will be competing to accomplish certain tasks to mimic the competitive nature of the corporate world. At every break we have a debriefing session that is open to all participants. The facilitator will assist in asking some thought provoking questions that will help in understanding the activities and how they relate to the team members.
